We have a book called ‘1001 Ways to Relax’. It is one of those books that sit on your bookshelf and you never look at but when you are in a phase of de-cluttering you pick it up, flick through it and think it is quite good perhaps we will keep it…and there i stays until the next time you flick through it with the idea of getting rid of it! I thought I would share some of it’s good stuff here. The first is that ‘There is no such thing as failure, just feedback’. I found once that I had my fingers burnt by a situation and felt really awful about it. The situation left me feeling sick. This phrase came to mind and I immediately sat down and wrote down all the things I had learnt from the experience and was transformed to a much better place, almost glad to have learnt these lessons feeling wiser! So remember, there is no such thing as failure, just feeback. Enjoy your learning!
