Eyes Down…

I was horrified when a friend of mine told me her daughter was told that pupils had to keep their heads down throughout an exam in case they were cheating.  When you recall a visual memory, an effective  and common way of recalling facts/spelling you tend to look up and to the left (right if left handed).  If you don’t do it naturally or particularly when trying to remember  something give it a go, you may be surprised how effective it is!  Preventing pupils from doing this will only hinder their performance.  If you want to find out how Cognitive Hypnotherapy can help with your or your children’s learning then contact me.
