Media Overdose?

We live in the age of information.  But is it too much?  You may be surprised how much more relaxed you feel and how more you get done if you go on an information diet.  Try it for a week.  A week of no newspapers (not even the free ones), no websites (unless it is to do a job you need to do that day), no TV news, no radio (apart from music).   It is amazing now much freeer and more positive you may feel because so much of the infomation we are taking in is negative.

Worried about missing out on the news – if there is anything big happening in the world you will find out.  When  you go in to a newsagents or supermarket just have  a quick scan of the headlines – that’ll be  enough for you to know what’s important in the world (and what’s not!).  We don’t buy papers and I read one at the weekend and felt depressed by the end of it!!

So I challenge you to a media diet for 1 week and you may notice the positive difference in you!
