Loose weight and feel full quicker

Mindful eating can help you loose weight

I have been working more on my awareness of my unconscious mind when it comes to eating.  I don’t necessarily need to loose any weight, I have quite a healthy diet but there is always room for improvement and I do have quite a sweet tooth. Like a lot of people I am particularly aware of it when certain emotions are present such as frustration or stress.  These are often confused with hunger in our minds but if you check in with your unconscious mind and what feeling is present in your stomach I found I can be more aware if it is real hunger or not.  When I thought about eating something I also became more aware of what my body was saying, whether it needed or wanted it.  Heres the thing, your body naturally wants life giving healthy food.  For me it has resulted in increasing the amount of raw fruit and vegetables, pure life giving food.

To be more in touch with your unconscious mind when it comes to eating you can start be eating mindfully –  being fully present to what you are eating, the taste, the texture.  Eat slower!  I used to gulp  my food but now am learning to ‘chew until soup’.  There are no teeth in your stomach and it needs to be soup consistency to aid digestion (there is no point eating healthily if you body cannot absorb the goodness!).  This does mean not eating in front of the TV!  For each meal sit at a table, without a newspaper or anything to read and focus on what you are doing, eating.  You may be surprised you start to become more aware of when you are full, sooner than you imagine.

I can help you loose weight and eat more healthily or whatever you would like to change with your eating or relationship with food.  For the cost of less than 1 session I can create a personalised self hypnosis audio track for you that will assist you in what you want more quickly that you imagine. Only 10 minutes a day listening to a wonderfully relaxing track.  Click here for more details.

As you eat mindfully you may be surprised how much better your food tastes!  Enjoy!
